What to specify for Mombasa.
Volume routes through Mombasa, the gateway not just for Kenya but for much of the East African interior. Imported feed ingredients are inspected against Kenyan standards administered by the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS), with animal-origin and veterinary aspects falling under the Directorate of Veterinary Services. India is simply closer to East Africa than the Americas are, and that advantage does not go away.
