DDGS Supplier & Exporter from India to Nepal
Rice & Corn DDGS manufactured in Panipat, Haryana — GMP+ certified, sample before you commit, 2–3 days to Birgunj.

First-rate DDGS, manufactured — not resold.
Innovative Soch manufactures rice and corn DDGS at Panipat, Haryana and exports to Nepal. We are one of India’s largest suppliers of rice DDGS and rice protein meal, manufacturing since 2010.
We are the manufacturer — not a trading desk reselling someone else’s parcel under our name. The specification you agree is the specification we produce, and the certificate of analysis is issued by us against our own production.

DDGS — a high-protein by-product of ethanol production.
Extensively used as a feed ingredient in Nepal, DDGS supplies nutrients that lift livestock growth and productivity.

Rice DDGS vs. Corn DDGS for Nepal.
Corn DDGS is cheaper per tonne but carries far less protein. Rice DDGS wins when you are buying protein; corn DDGS wins when you are buying energy and phosphorus.
| Crude protein | 45–55% |
|---|---|
| Metabolisable energy | 3,000–3,200 kcal/kg |
| Pepsin digestibility | 77–80% |
| TDN (poultry/aqua) | 85 |
| Indicative price ex-Panipat | USD 272 / MT |
Nepal’s layer and broiler sector is protein-constrained — rice DDGS lets a formulator hit spec with less material, which matters when every tonne has crossed a land border.
Rice DDGS specification →| Crude protein | 27% |
|---|---|
| Metabolisable energy | 3,384 kcal/kg |
| Lysine | 1.00% |
| Phosphorus (available) | 0.82% |
| Indicative price ex-Panipat | USD 262 / MT |
Nepali dairy and cattle buyers should note the 0.82% available phosphorus, which directly reduces bought-in mineral supplementation.
Corn DDGS specification →Comparable protein, roughly half the price.
Soybean meal is the reference protein in almost every ration — and the benchmark our buyers actually compare us against.
Rates ex-Panipat, exclude inland haulage to port. Soybean meal reference: Indian market, April 2026, converted at ~INR 95.5/USD. Rates move weekly — ask us for a firm figure.
Rice DDGS sits in the same protein band as soybean meal and costs a fraction of it — replacing part of the SBM inclusion is usually the single largest cost lever available in a Nepal ration.
Run the comparison →Weeks, not months.
What to specify for the Nepal lane.
Nepal is landlocked, so this is a road trade rather than a sea trade — no ocean freight, no container booking, no port demurrage. Volume crosses at Birgunj–Raxaul, the busiest India–Nepal gateway, handling roughly 56% of Nepal’s total trade with India. Clearance runs as two sequential steps: Indian export clearance at Raxaul Customs Station, then Nepali import clearance at the Birgunj Integrated Check Post — typically 4–8 hours on the Indian side and 1–2 days on the Nepali side. Nepal’s Plant Quarantine Section also maintains checkpoints at Bhairahawa, Biratnagar, Kakarvita, Nepalgunj and Jaleshwar.
